Civil and villa construction

The civil construction and services have been completed for the first 32 lots for the long awaited stage 2 villas at Kithbrooke Park Country Club.

Although weather has slightly turned against us in recent weeks and presented some challenges, construction is pushing on.

The builder has now begun construction of villas to the west of the site with commencement of the first slabs and 32 villas will be constructed in sequence in readiness for new owners.

Road construction and installation of services of the remaining lots in stage 2 along Kithbrooke Park Boulevard, is nearing completion and the construction of further villas will continue.
