Stage 2 civil works update

With good stable weather over the last 2 months, civil construction has been steaming ahead at Kithbrooke Park Country Club.

The first section of stage 2 is now complete with roadways , sewer, power, and NBN constructed for the first 32 lots. These new lots will house the new “Rincon villa”.

The builder is currently setting up on site to commence the construction of the first 32 villas in April. Work has also commenced on the construction of the display villa which is directly opposite the Clubhouse.

If you are driving past you will also notice that civil works are continuing alongside Kithbrooke Park Boulevard towards the south and these works are due to be finalised before the commencement of Winter. Ultimately this will open up 4 new roads at Kithbrooke Park Country Club  and will enable another 47 villas to be constructed.
