Bringing the Pub to the Club 

With the latest Covid restrictions in place, has seen a boom in the amount of home deliveries on the Surf Coast. 

Over the last 8 weeks, Kithbrooke Park Country Club villa owners have had more than 3,000 home deliveries to the door.

Of this number, over 1,000 take away home meals have been delivered from businesses such as the Torquay Hotel, RACV Club, Jan Juc Hotel and Ginger Monkey to name a few.

Wendy Atherton, Manager of Kithbrooke Park has been co ordinating a long list of in-home deliveries from local food, pharmacy, shopping, and other retailers from Torquay.

Wendy stated, “Living in a gated community is such a benefit, as our number one priority is the well-being and security of our homeowners. We have also developed and implemented safety protocols which helps us manage the movement of all delivery visits”.

Overall, homeowners at Kithbrooke Park Country Club have been able to reduce their local shopping visits for the time being.
