Bringing the Pub to the Club   

With the latest Covid restrictions in place, has seen a boom in the amount of home deliveries on the Surf Coast. 

Over the last 8 weeks, Kithbrooke Park Country Club villa owners have had more than 3,000 home deliveries to the door.

Of this number, over 1,000 take away home meals have been delivered from businesses such as the Torquay Hotel, RACV Club, Jan Juc Hotel and Ginger Monkey to name a few.

Life in lockdown

During these unusual times in COVID-19 lockdown, I am often asked how things are at Kithbrooke Park Country Club with retirees living independently in their own homes. With all the anxiety that is around in the public domain, it is nice to know that we are all just getting on with life. It’s pleasing that your neighbour next door or across the street from you is not unknown and that like-minded people are a community who care for one another. This is a key factor that attracts retirees.

Construction

Over the last six months there has been a lot of activity with a steady flow of construction, slabs poured, frames going up and the completion of all roads and infrastructure.

Forty villas have been completed and another eighteen slabs have commenced, making the site one of the busiest on the Surf coast.

With a steady flow of new owners moving into their new homes and the completion of street and backyard landscaping, has created a small boom for some local Surf coast trades.

With strong demand for new high-quality homes and facilities close by will see no slowing of the development with all villas being completed into 2021.

The newly designed three bedroom villa has a streamlined, contemporary design and spacious floor plan. The display villa is open to view Tuesday to Saturday 11am - 3pm or you can book a private inspection.

Kithbrooke Park Country Club is hosting Tillow Boutique for a Fashion Parade and High Tea at the Clubhouse on 15th October 2019.

Kithbrooke Park Country Club is hosting the Surf Coast Travel and Cruise Expo on the 24th September 2019

This is a free open event to the general public with giveaway and door prizes on the day.

Victoria Surf Coast Arts Trail

Once again, Kithbrooke Park was one of the premier locations to visit the Victorian Surfcoast Arts Trail.

A popular event showcasing more than 160 artists, 22 of which were from Kithbrooke Park. Art lovers on the trail were treated to the opportunity to meet the artists, watch them work and create some master pieces in metal work, wood turning, woodwork, painting, doll making, quilting and handcrafts. All were displayed in the warmth of our friendly Clubhouse….
